MP Nick De Bois visits The Wenta Business Centre - Enfield

Wenta's Enfield business centre welcomed a special guest visitor last week on Friday 23rd January - MP for Enfield North, Nick De Bois. 

Upon arrival, Nick met with Managing Director of Wenta Business Centres Ltd, Spencer Tagg, and Area Centre Manager, Jean Dorchester, to discuss the refurbishments of the centre that have been implemented since Wenta acquired the building in Spring 2013 from Enfield Council.  Impressed with the modern facilities now available to local businesses, Nick said:   

"It was a pleasure to visit such a modern enterprise centre providing a base for local and national businesses. As the economy continues to grow, Enfield is becoming a sought after location for businesses where a great location at attractive rents is interesting more and more companies."

During his visit, Nick was also taken on a tour around the centre to meet with a number of businesses based at the premises.
Nick took the time to talk to the owners of Compwise, FastSigns - Enfield and Catalyst about their company progress and their views of the recently refurbished centre.  
Complimenting the eclectic mix of businesses that are based at the centre, he said:

"I was impressed by the mix of start-up enterprises and long established businesses here at The Wenta Business Centre - reminding us all of Enfield's entrepreneurial spirit. Under Wenta's ownership, this centre has gone from strength to strength."

Since taking over the building, Wenta has seen the number of businesses based at the centre rise dramatically from 25 to 44, with occupancy levels increasing from 57% to 95%. Investment has been made in a variety of areas including refurbishment of empty offices, the reception area and meeting rooms as well as the installation of new security facilities.

The centre has now also started to deliver a number of other services too such as business skills training courses, networking events and a variety of virtual office services.
