Wenta awarded new contract to continue managing the btc and Chells

We've got some good news to share.

Wenta is delighted to be continuing our long-standing partnership with Stevenage Borough Council after being awarded a new contract to manage The Business & Technology Centre (btc) and Chells Industrial Units.

We've been working together for more than 16 years, helping local businesses find the right workspace, get expert advice and build the confidence to grow. We're incredibly proud that we'll be carrying on that work for many more years to come.

For us, this isn't just about offices and industrial units. It's about the people behind the businesses.
It's about the person who's finally decided to turn a side hustle into a full-time business. The entrepreneur taking on their first employee. The growing company that's run out of room at home and needs its first office. They're the reason we do what we do.

Over the years, we've helped more than 2,150 people across Stevenage, supported the creation of 463 jobs and seen 343 new businesses get off the ground. Every one of those businesses has its own story, and we're proud to have played a small part in it.

The btc and Chells Industrial Units are just one part of how we support local businesses.

Across Hertfordshire, we also deliver the Get Enterprising programme, giving aspiring entrepreneurs and growing businesses access to free expert advice, practical webinars, workshops and resources—helping them take the next step with confidence.

No jargon. No hard sell. Just friendly, impartial advice from people who genuinely want to see local businesses succeed.
