Glowing Report for Wenta as they retain Customer First Accreditation
Wenta has proudly retained the National Standard for Customer Service following their recent assessment by Customer First. The awarding body for ‘Putting The Customer First ®’ provided Wenta with an outstanding report that praised all aspects of the organisation.
Les Hewitson, Customer First Assessor, said: “Everything about Wenta and the way it operates is professional, efficient and productive. The range of services open to unemployed individuals and new business start-ups is staggering and the team at Wenta ensure that everyone who wants to benefit from improving their current situation in life is given the opportunity through confident, experienced advice and explanation of business benefits.”
Wenta were assessed on a range of criteria covering its customer relationships, market awareness and people. Specific areas of praise went to Wenta’s proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship management.
