Christmas Time at Wenta
Festive cheer is on the way! Following our usual tradition at Christmas time, this year sees Wenta making five donations to local charities.
These are:
- Headway Hertfordshire - An association that offers support, guidance, activities and rehabilitation to those affected by brain injury throughout Hertfordshire.
- Isabel Hospice - A local charity that provides free palliative care and support to any adult with a life-limiting disease.
- Keech Cottage - A hospice in Luton that provides care for terminally ill adults and children across Hertfordshire.
- Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) at Watford General Hospital - A unit that provides crucial specialist care to premature babies and their mothers.
- Salvation Army (London North East) - A charity that provides a helping hand to those who are homeless, friendless and in need.
We’ve had a great year in 2013, celebrating our 30th anniversary and, with our recent win of the National Enterprise Network’s ‘Local Enterprise Agency of the Year’ Award, are ending the year on a high. We’d like to thank all that have continued to support us over the years and would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year for 2014.
