Head of Net Zero
Martyn recently joined as the Head of Net Zero, responsible for delivering Net Zero Strategy for Wenta which includes the new Net Zero services. Martyn’s has previously worked across a range of environmental sectors; charity, private, research, consulting, public both nationally and internationally.

Through a varied career he has acquired detailed knowledge of sector related market research methods, international marketing, environmental economics, business intelligence, competitive intelligence, data analytics, forecasting and foresight models, futures thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship.
He has also operated as a “thought leader” in the field of low carbon and climate change economics and has developed a portfolio of “green” research and economic development projects on four continents. He has also been a Visiting Professor at the University College London (2012-15) for his work on the green economy
Martyn’s depth of experience across a spectrum of climate change activities, research, green entrepreneurship, low carbon benchmarking and the green economy are now being turned in to support for SMEs, LAs and the Voluntary sector for Wenta.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS:
- MBA from the Open University
- BA Hons from Leeds University.
- Visiting Professor at the University College London (2012-15) for his work on the green economy.
