Central Start Client Story: Four Paws Pampering

When Rebecca Martin noticed the challenges her own dogs faced, one struggling with physical issues and the other with anxiety, she knew there had to be a better way to provide compassionate, tailored care for animals with similar needs. That spark of inspiration became FourPaws Pampering, a specialist dog care service founded in October 2023, dedicated to supporting dogs who don’t thrive in typical day care environments.

Operating in the animal care industry, Rebecca currently runs her business as a solo entrepreneur, offering individualized attention and specialist services to ensure each dog receives the level of care they need. But like many new business owners, she faced challenges in the early stages—particularly around starting up, building a sustainable model, and accessing grant support. That’s when she turned to Wenta for guidance.

“I plan to expand the business to include a grooming parlour specifically for dogs with anxieties.”
