Terms & Conditions

As part of Wenta’s How to Start a Business webinar, eligible attendees may claim a Registered Office Address service free for a limited period, subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• The offer is available only to new clients who are not currently subscribed to Wenta’s mailing list and have not previously received support from Wenta.
• Attendees must join Wenta’s mailing list during the registration process to qualify.
• The offer is valid for live attendees only - you must attend the full webinar on Wednesday, 19th June 2025 at 10:00am.
• The offer is limited to the first 200 registrants who meet all eligibility criteria.
• Only one offer per attendee/business is permitted.

2. Redemption Window

• Eligible attendees will receive access to a secure claim form at the end of the webinar.
• Claims must be submitted by Thursday, 31st July 2025 at 12:00 PM (noon).
• After this date and time, the offer expires and cannot be redeemed.

3. Offer Details

• The Registered Office Address service is provided free of charge for the first 3 months.
• After the initial free period, the service will automatically renew at £18 + VAT per month, billed monthly unless cancelled in advance.

4. Service Features

• Choose from three office address locations: Watford, Enfield, or Potters Bar.
• The service includes:

• Use of the address for official business registration with Companies House and HMRC.
• Digital forwarding of government and legal correspondence only.

5. AML Compliance & ID Verification

• As per UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, you must complete identity verification before the service is activated.
• You must provide:

• One proof of identity (e.g. passport or UK driving licence)
• One proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time during or after the free period.
• To avoid billing for the next renewal cycle, cancellation must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next billing date.

7. Non-Transferable

• This offer is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.
• It cannot be exchanged or substituted for any other Wenta product or service.

8. Right to Refuse or Revoke

Wenta reserves the right to refuse, suspend or revoke the Registered Office Address service if:

• ID verification is not completed or fails
• There is suspected misuse or misrepresentation
• The address is used for unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate activities
• Any of these terms are breached
