Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Wenta, The Wenta Business Centre, Colne Way, Watford WD24 7ND (“Wenta”, “we”, “our”). Company No. 01744747.

2. Promotion period

Registration opens upon publication of these Terms & Conditions and closes at 13:00 BST on 31 July 2025. The live webinar runs 13:00–16:00 BST on the same date.

3. Eligibility

• a) Entrants must be aged 18 or over, reside in the United Kingdom, and be a business owner, freelancer or start‑up founder.

• b) Businesses must be based in Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire.

• c) Only those who attend the full live webinar (or watch the recorded version in full by 1pm on Friday 1st August 2025) are eligible.

• d) Employees of Wenta (and their immediate families) or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.

• e) One entry per eligible attendee. Duplicate registrations will be void.

4. How to enter

1. Register via the official Eventbrite signup link or through the dedicated landing page on wenta.co.uk.

2. Join the webinar at 13:00 BST on 31 July 2025 using the access link supplied in your reminder email (or watch the recorded version by 1pm on Friday 1st August 2025).

3. Remain connected for the entire session. Your attendance log is your entry. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize

• Twenty‑five (25) random winners will each receive a £20 Amazon e‑voucher (“Prize”).

• Total prize fund: £500.

• Vouchers will be emailed to the address supplied at registration. Voucher design, amount and delivery date will be set by Wenta; Amazon terms of use apply.

6. Winner selection & notification

• Winners will be randomly selected from the list of verified attendees using an independent list‑randomiser tool in a screen‑recorded draw.

• The draw will take place on Friday 1st August 2025.

• Winners will be announced live and contacted by email within three working days from the date of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the Prize within 14 days, Wenta reserves the right to select a reserve.

7. Prize redemption

• Prizes must be redeemed (i.e., the voucher code applied to an Amazon account) within 60 days of the issue date.

• The Prize is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

8. Data protection & publicity

• By registering, entrants consent to Wenta processing their personal data for the purpose of administering the promotion and for receiving future Wenta marketing communications.

• Data will be handled in accordance with Wenta’s Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. We will never sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing.

• Winners’ first name, business name and general location (e.g., “Stevenage”) may be published on Wenta’s channels for promotional purposes.

9. Fraud & disqualification

Wenta reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has:

• provided false information;

• used automated entries, aliases or any other unfair method;

• failed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

10. General

• Wenta may cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Amazon is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this promotion.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
