Wenta and Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce form strategic partnership to boost local business support across Bedfordshire

Wenta and the Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce have formed a new strategic partnership to make business support in Beds simpler, more accessible and effective.

Wenta’s mission is to make it easier and greener for people to start and run their business. With over four decades of experience, we have built a strong reputation for helping local people turn ideas into successful ventures. The Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce shares that same community-driven spirit, connecting and championing local businesses across the region. Together, we are creating a stronger, joined-up support network that brings advice and opportunities closer to home.

LOCAL SUPPORT, CLOSER TO HOME

Over recent months, there has been growing demand from local residents in Bedfordshire for more accessible business advice. In response, Wenta will now have a business advisor based once a week at Hart House Business Centre in Luton, providing free one-to-one business support to anyone who needs help getting started or other aspects of their business such as business continuity, cash flow management, sales and marketing business continuity, operational resilience or growth tactics.

From business planning and finance to marketing and sustainability, people will be able to access practical, personalised advice in a place that is convenient for them.

Ed Jordan, CEO of Wenta, said:
“We have always believed that business support should be easy to access and built around people’s real needs. We have been working in collaboration with Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce for a number of years now, however this strategic partnership will help more Bedfordshire residents and businesses to be aware of the business support available to them more widely.”

A JOINED-UP EXPERIENCE FOR CLIENTS

Through this new collaboration, clients of both organisations will benefit from seamless cross-referrals, meaning less duplication and quicker access to the right type of help. Whether someone first contacts Wenta or the Chamber, they will now be easily connected to the best resources, workshops and support available.

Justin Richardson, CEO of the Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce, added:
“We are proud to announce our new strategic partnership with long-term member Wenta. Together, we are strengthening the local business support ecosystem - joining up services so businesses get the support they need, when they need it.  From start up support in Luton to international trade support, this partnership is about practical help that drives growth and jobs across the local economy.”

BUILDING A STRONGER LOCAL BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM

Because when local organisations work together, everyone benefits.
