Business Support Facilitator
Karen is a facilitator for our Business Advice and Support Team. Her role includes providing a first point of contact for our clients, co-ordinating our Business Advisor’s diaries, along with scheduling our workshops and maintaining our client databases.

- Previously worked as a Receptionist and in Computer Logistics with roles in Customer Services, Contract Planning, and as a Team Leader.
Education, Qualifications & Accreditations
- Higher National Certificate in Business & Finance.
- Certificate of Higher Education in Management Studies.
- NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services.
