To be the first point of contact for internal and external clients and visitors to The Enterprise Centre, Potters Bar. This also includes answering calls and taking messages, managing distribution of card passes/fobs and car parking permits, organising incoming/outgoing post and parcels, updating and maintaining CRM system, booking, preparing and maintaining meeting rooms, managing the end-to-end virtual office client journey and completing administrative tasks as directed by Centre Manager.
