Jennifer Condon, Director of Client Services and Engagement at Wenta, said:

We’re very pleased to be part of this partnership, which will make it easier for people in Stevenage to access the support services they need. At a time when digital tools and AI are becoming the norm in customer service, we believe it’s essential to ensure that human help and support remains available for those who need it most. This direct referral partnership will help local residents find the right help more quickly and easily and that aligns perfectly with Wenta’s mission to support our communities

Charlotte Blizzard-Welch, Chief Executive at Citizens Advice Stevenage, added:

Citizens Advice Stevenage is thrilled to be working with Wenta to give self-employed individuals and local small businesses in our community quick access to free, high-quality advice. Some aspects of self-employment require more specialist support than Citizens Advice can provide, and we are pleased to be partnering with Wenta to refer clients to expert business support from Wenta. By combining their enterprise expertise with our independent, people-centred approach, we’ll help more residents to solve the problems they face and thrive in their business.
