• What is the monetary incentive amount and how is it worked out?

The value Wenta will be offering as an incentive is based on a sliding scale:

<600ft² = £100

If the business unit acquired by the referee is less than 600ft² you will receive £100 as a one-off total payment. 

>600ft² = £200

If the business unit acquired by the referee is more than 600ft² you will receive £200 as a one-off total payment. 

• Inclusions - Who's eligible to claim this offer?

Wenta is offering a monetary incentive for workspace referrals brought to a Wenta by any business currently renting workspace from Wenta, based at either our Enfield, Stevenage, Potters Bar or Watford locations, or has a virtual office with Wenta.

This offer also extends to the employees of Wenta’s workspace clients – proof of working relationship required upon redemption claim. Offer includes clients of the btc and chells in Stevenage (The Business and Technology Centre and Chells Industrial Estate).

• Exclusions - Who can't claim this offer?

This offer excludes referrals made by anyone who is not either a current Wenta, btc or chells workspace/virtual client or an employee of a workspace client.

It also excludes referrals to virtual office packages, shared workspace, incubation workspace or any collaboration station packages.

• How do I make a claim for this offer?

You can claim this offer by contacting your relevant Centre Team, via email, in person or by phone and connecting them with your referee, or by asking the referee to mention your name and company when they make a workspace enquiry.

• How and when will I (the referrer) receive the one-off payment?

The money will be paid directly into your bank, using the details you provide to Wenta.

The amount of £100 or £200 will be paid to you after the referee has remained in the same rental contract for 3 months.

If the referee leaves their contract before the end of 3 months this referral offer becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed.

• When is this offer valid until?

This offer is valid until 5:00pm on 31^st March 2022.

Wenta reserves the right to amend and/or end this offer at any time, excluding any active offer redemptions at that time.
