Wenta client invited to Downing Street to meet David Cameron

Chris Young, Wenta client and Director of Flexirec was invited to the launch of âª#‎StartUpBritain Tour: an initiative to engage 15,000 aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs, hosted by Downing Street earlier this week.

FlexiRec, a local recruitment business based in Wenta Business Centre Watford, was founded by Chris over 2 years ago.

Chris Young said "It was a marvellous day networking with several businesses from throughout the UK which have benefited from the support of âª#‎StartUpLoans and âª#‎CentreForEntrepreneurs. FlexiRec wishes them every success with the tour promoting enterprise in the UK."

"I had the chance to talk with Prime Minister, David Cameron about FlexiRec's humble beginnings to now operating a 3 division recruitment business, finding scores of work seekers employment every year.
I also met with Sajid Javid, Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, and Anna Soubry, Minister for Small Business, Industry and Enterprise to discuss the future of enterprise in the UK."

"I started FlexiRec with a StartUp loan from the government, and was supported by NWES and Wenta in my loan application and business plan. FlexiRec is working better than ever, placing scores of people in work each year. I now have a member of staff and recently partnered with someone to create a third recruitment division, allowing us to offer our customers specialisms in Commercial, Sales and Technical recruitment"

Wenta would like to congratulations to Chris and FlexiRec on their progress and for supplying us with some great pictures of the Prime Minister!.
