Black Friday is coming to Wenta Business Centres. From 28 November 2025, Wenta is launching a bundle of limited-time offers to help more people get the space, support and flexibility they need to grow their business.
Wenta are launching a set of Black Friday deals across four of their Business Centres, giving existing and new clients more flexibility, more support and more ways to save. From 28 November 2025, a range of limited-time offers will be available to help clients access workspace, meeting rooms and professional services at a reduced cost during one of the busiest times of the year.
Each centre offers flexible workspace available for daily hire, short-term use or longer periods, all on simple rolling licences with no long tie-ins. Clients also benefit from free business advice, a professional Reception Team, free parking at most centres, a friendly community and access to Wenta’s training and webinars.

From 28 November, the following offers will be available across the four participating centres:
Discounted EV charging for December
Clients with electric vehicles can access discounted EV charging throughout December 2025.
*Discount levels vary by centre. Clients are encouraged to check details with Reception. Offer available only at The Wenta Business Centre, Enfield; The Wenta Business Centre, Watford; and The Enterprise Centre, Potters Bar.
Refer a friend and double the reward
Existing clients who refer a new client to one of the participating centres will receive double the usual referral reward.
- A reward of GBP 100 becomes GBP 200.
- A reward of GBP 200 becomes GBP 400.
Registered office address: first month free
Clients signing up for a new registered office address service will receive their first month free. This offer applies to new Virtual Office clients only.
Half price meeting rooms for up to 5 days
Existing clients can book up to 5 full days of meeting room space at 50 percent of the standard rate.
Incubator and Virtual Office clients: half price Office for a Day
Incubator and Virtual Office clients can book Office for a Day at 50 percent of the standard rate.
Loyalty card: 20 percent off the 6th booking
After collecting stamps for 5 bookings, clients will receive 20 percent off their 6th eligible booking.
Soft phone package: 50 percent off
Incubator clients, Virtual Office clients and existing workspace clients can receive 50 percent off the soft phone package.

How to Redeem
Clients must redeem offers by contacting Reception via phone, email or in person.
Redemption is confirmed once the centre verifies eligibility and availability.
Availability
All offers are subject to available space, including meeting rooms, Office for a Day and EV charging bays. Allocation is first-come, first-served.
Payment
Any remaining balance after a discount must be paid according to the centre’s existing payment terms.
Referral Scheme
Referral rewards are doubled for existing clients only.
