Samantha is a corporate transactional lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and bank lending. She acts for a wide variety of clients including SMEs, start-up companies, entrepreneurs and financial institutions. Whilst Samantha acts for clients in a range of sectors, she has particular expertise advising businesses in the technology, media & communications sectors.
