Dom McKenna
Chair
Dom McKenna joined the Board of Wenta in February 2022. Dom has over 30 years of national and international business experience across commercial, voluntary and not for profit sectors.
He has previously led multi-site and multi-disciplinary teams of up to 10,000 people and has led the entry into new markets via start-ups, partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions.
Previous roles include Director and General Manager, Europe at Royal Mail, Chief Operating Officer at Parcelforce Worldwide, Group Development Director at Arriva plc, NED at Shelter UK and Group International Director at Freightliner Group Limited. He is also the Founder of Pipit Advisory Limited.
Dom has a proven track record in creating businesses from initial strategy development and market evaluation via acquisition and / or start up, turnaround and growth, through to profitable results delivery and value realisation via EPS accretion or exit.

- MBA (with Distinction), majoring in Strategy and Finance.
- BSc Business Studies.
- CIM Diploma
Hobbies
Enjoys travel and playing cricket, tennis and football. In training for first half marathon in March 2022.
