Yvonne Mountain

HR Manager    

Background

Yvonne is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has over 20 years’ experience in HR management both in corporate environments and in Education. Her early career was with Andersens in the City where she spent 14 years in a number of HR roles which included organisational restructuring, change management, TUPE and working as a HR Business Partner managing a large team of HR professionals across 5 locations. Her most recent role prior to joining Wenta was in Education where she worked for 3 years as HR Manager for Aspire Academies Trust where she was responsible for introducing Performance Related Pay, recruitment at all levels and the transition of three schools into a multi-academy Trust. During her time at Aspire Yvonne qualified as a Specialist Leader in Education, was a Governor at The Grove Academy in Watford and was instrumental in taking her school through to achieving IIP Gold status.

Role

As HR Manager at Wenta Yvonne is responsible for supporting the CEO and the management team in achieving the overall HR strategy and advising and supporting them with all people management issues. She is responsible for all HR policy development and legislation, recruitment, redeployment and performance management issues within the organisation.

Interests

Yvonne spends much of her spare time chasing around after her 3 children and Labrador. She is also a keen swimmer and has recently taken up power walking with her teenage daughter.
